2011-12-19 - Visuals for Dija terrain Oosterhout

Rijn & Vecht Ontwikkeling is an initiative of Sales Midden-Holland Vastgoed in Breukelen and Bolton Bouw in Woerden. An earlier project in Bodegraven has proven a pleasant cooperation between Rijn & Vecht Development and 3D capacity. In Oosterhout, 53 (care) apartments and 22 starter homes are in development on both sides of the Harmoniestreet at the Dija terrain. 3D capacity will create the impressions for the sales brochures.

2011-12-07 - Presentation of theatre to council Spijkenisse

Commissioned by the municipality of Spijkenisse, 3D capacity has been creating a Virtual Scale Model of the prestigious new theater in parallel to the design process at Unstudio. On December 1, 3D capacity has presented the final design of the theater to the city counsil. Their impression can be found in the news item covering the presentation. 2011-11-29 - Elaboration Brandevoort for Virtual Helmond

In the district Brandevoort a total of 6000 houses will be built. The first 3000 houses, covering a large part of 'De Veste' and several 'Buitens' are almost ready. The municipality of Helmond has asked 3D capacity to create 3D models for a number of projects in the centre of Helmond. Using the 'Virtuocity' platfom, the user can login and walk online through a virtual representation of the city of Helmond. After a number of previous successful projects, we now started working on the addition of large parts of Brandevoort.

2011-11-29 - Dunavie chooses interactive Westerhaghe

Housing corporation Dunavie is developing Westerhaghe III and IV. Westerhaghe is located near the town centre of Rijnsburg surrounded by a green environment nearby the coast. A total of 140 houses is being built. The sales start in April 2012 and 3D capacity has provided all the visuals; artist impressions and animations of the houses and appartments and a Virtual Scale Model to fully experience the project.
