Naturally Velserend
In a very short distance from the famous ruin of Brederode in Santpoort-Zuid, BOKX Vastgoed is developing three appartment complexes with underground parking places. Velserend is a location with an extraordinary landscape and a rich history. To visualize the plan in this unique context, BOKX Vastgoed has ordered 3D capacity to create a Virtual Scale Model.
Participation
Main focus of the 3D application was to show the appearance of the plan to the local inhabitants, allowing anyone to study the project from his own point of view. The Virtual Scale Model clearly demonstrates how the dwellings are embedded in the rural environment and embrace its natural quality. From the porch of each of the 30 appartments the sublime beauty of the Bloemendaal dune landscape reveals itself.
